The Fund is seeks capital appreciation primarily through investment in equity securities of a diversified group of publicly traded companies and to a lesser extent in equity securities of a diversified group of private companies, subject to prescribed limits on illiquid investments. The fundamental investment objective of the Fund cannot be changed without the approval of investors who own units of the Fund.
